At cupcakes and cashmere, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
